Located in Toronto, Canada, Briony has an obvious talent for capturing moments. Thanks to her great aesthetics, every photo she takes is like a story ready to be revealed.
I asked Briony to share a few words about herself. Here is what she had to say:
“I love creating images that allow the person viewing to feel like they are watching through a key hole. Being an artist since a kid, I believe this has allowed me to have a different approach to my shoots, it’s not just a pose but a moment or a feeling I want to capture.
About choosing photography as an art:
“I can’t equate a feeling to pin point what it is like for me when I am with my camera… I just know that is the only time I feel 100% me.”
Where she finds inspiration:
“I find inspiration everywhere, I would say more so in art than in other photos (NOT that photography isn’t art). I find beauty in unique looking people and search for the most eclectic environments to capture the moment, building the story from there.”
Something we should know about her:
“I believe life is too short not to do what you love, to not want to be the best you that you can be. I can’t imagine living a life where I was complacent to what society deems the “norm” and I always strive to push those boundaries. “
